Zeynep Serra MAHMUTOĞLU, graduated from İstanbul Bilgi University Law Faculty in 2016. After having completed her legal internship in 2017, she got a master’s degree in the area of International Criminal Law in University of Sussex in 2018. In the same year, she was admitted to İstanbul Bar Association, and since then she is a member of Mahmutoglu Law Firm.
